President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has reviewed secondary school No. 153 in Yasamal District of Baku after major repair and reconstruction. All projects featured in the State Program on the socioeconomic development of Baku and its settlements are being successfully executed. In accordance with a plan of action featured in the Special State Program, material and technical infrastructure of secondary schools and educational facilities is being strengthened. Secondary schools are revamped to the highest standards and supplied with necessary equipment in the capital as in all parts of the country ahead of the new academic year. This demonstrates the head of state’s attention to education. Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov informed the head of state about the work done. It was said that the 4-storey facility had three blocks. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Natalia Gherman.
During the meeting, the sides expressed their satisfaction with high-level bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Moldova, and stressed the importance of mutual support within various international organizations.
The parties exchanged views on the issues related to the development of cooperation between the two countries in various areas, including the implementation of economic, trade, agricultural and infrastructure projects and other fields.
