Anar Rzayev: Heydar Aliyev is Azerbaijan`s eternal wealth
“Heydar Aliyev was the eternal wealth of Azerbaijan. Heydar Aliyev was the guaranto of the Azerbaijan`s independence. At the same time, great leader Heydar Aliyev laid a foundation of new Azerbaijan, began to create the new Azerbaijan. I want to note another point about Heydar Aliyev. I do not know the second such leader who showed so much attention and care for literature and culture,” said chairman of the Azerbaijan Writers` Union, people`s writer Anar Rzayev.
Anar Rzayev noted that the good attitude towards creative persons played a decisive role in the fate of many masterpieces, samples of art. According to him, after coming to power for the second time, genius personality showed care for art people.
